Racial Diversity in Government Leadership
Former and current Capitol Hill staffers, administration members, and diversity advocates took part in a Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies discussion on racial diversity among congressional and government offices. They discussed a variety of topics including representation and inclusion, advancement opportunities, challenges to diversity, and best practices in ensuring inclusion and equity in government.
