Doing Business with the House

The House of Representatives Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for all procurement activity. While there are no set-asides for minority-owned businesses, the CAO is committed to conducting procurements that provide for maximum possible competition and contracts are awarded to a responsible bidder whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the House.

Minority-owned, women-owned businesses, and small businesses are encouraged to apply. Find a list of solicitations on www.fedbizopps.gov or from the CAO's office here.
