Congressional Black Associates
Since 1980, the Congressional Black Associates have worked tirelessly to affirm our commitment to empowering Black Staffers on Capitol Hill. The purpose of the Congressional Black Associates (CBA) is to enhance the political, social and economic capabilities of Black people on Capitol Hill. The organization serves as a professional and social network for black employees who are working on Capitol Hill.

LGBT Congressional Staff Association
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Congressional Staff Association is an official, non-partisan Congressional staff organization whose mission is to advance the interests of current as well as prospective members and the LGBT community at large. The LGBT CSA is dedicated to developing the careers of its membership and advocating on behalf of the LGBT community.

The Congressional Asian Pacific American Staff Association is a non-partisan, bicameral congressional staff organization designed to provide Asian American and Pacific Islander congressional staff with opportunities to meet other such staff on Capitol Hill through professional development seminars, social networking events, and more.
Congressional Hispanic Staff Association
The Congressional Hispanic Staff Association (CHSA) is an official, non-partisan, bicameral Congressional Staff Organization, recognized by the Committee on House Administration, whose mission is to recruit, retain, and advance Hispanic staffers in the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives.

Armenian Staff Association
The Congressional Armenian Staff Association (CASA) is a non-partisan, bicameral Congressional staff organization recognized by the U.S. House Committee on House Administration. CASA aims to recruit, retain, and advance Armenian American staffers in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, and is dedicated to encouraging career development and increasing opportunities for its members.

Senate Black Legislative Staff Caucus (SBLSC)
The Senate Black Legislative Staff Caucus (SBLSC) is a professional and social network for Black legislative staff employed by the United States Senate. Established in 1977 as a non-partisan, official staff organization, we strive to build a sense of community and support among African-American Senate staffers.
Middle Eastern and North African Staff Asssocition (MENASA)
MENASA is a bi-cameral and bi-partisan Congressional Staff Organization that aims to connect House and Senate staffers to professional development, networking, and educational opportunities rooted in cultural exploration.

Congressional Jewish Staff Association
The Congressional Jewish Staffers Association exists to provide staff on Capitol Hill and those who work with Congress access to Jewish activities, information, and programming. CJSA brings together staff from the House, Senate, and other entities of the United States Congress to provide cultural, educational, social and religious activities around Judaism for Jewish Staffers. Whether it be periodic happy hours, weekly Torah study or access to tickets for High Holiday Services, the CJSA endeavors to serve the needs of all Jewish staffers.

The Congressional Korean American Staff Association (CKASA) is an official, non-partisan, bi-cameral Congressional Staff Organization (CSO), dedicated to expanding Korean-American representation on Capitol Hill through encouraging public service by Korean Americans, fostering strong relationships with the greater Korean-American and DC community, and building a platform for professional development and mentorship.

The Congressional South Asian-American Staff Association (CSAASA) is a non-partisan congressional staff association aimed at connecting fellow South Asian-Americans by offering career development, community service, and social engagement opportunities to its members.
